Any tips on how you painted yours, oh and how did make the rear shock springs and the better looking swords?

Sure, all the robot parts were hand brushed with Testors enamel paints, Chrome, Silver, Brass, Copper. THen the entire figure was given a "wash" of thinned black paint...which was applied and the excess wiped away with a soft cloth....leaving it in the cracks and panel lines. Future floor polish was then sprayed over all of the work to protect it when transforming. The rear shock springs are springs from a large Pilot pen.
The wrist blades were drawn out on paper and then traced over some plastic sheet styrene.....simply cut them out, trim, and sand. They attach with a metal pin right into the rubber blades of the toy.

hope this helps....grab this figure...its awesome!! Cant wait for HA Skids!!
